Teams integrates with other applications from the package, which enables you to work on one Word or Power Point document with your team. You can use this tool for free or pay approximately EUR 4 per user per month for an annual subscription.

The simplest tool for organizing meetings. You don’t need to download any software or applications. Whereby enables you to participate in online meetings that you can organize directly in the browser. The free version is meant for personal use and allows for one meeting room. You need to pay extra for the extended version.
Remote work tools: Zoom.us
One of the most extensive tools for having video chats. You can organize meetings for several or several dozen people. The application might also be useful for hosting webinars. It allows you to prepare surveys, quizzes and votes. Zoom.us is free for up to 100 users.
Remote work tools: Chanty
A messenger designed mainly with interactions in mind. While communicating within the team you can pin messages, share content from different platforms and all this without the necessity to relog or switch between them. The basic version is free and you need to pay USD 3 for the extended version.
Remote work tools: Jamm.app
This application allows you to organize fast online meetings. Voice calls or video chats might pop up unexpectedly, sometimes you need to discuss something on the spot and there’s no time to create chatrooms. That’s where the Jamm.app might come in handy. This remote work tool allows you to record videos. The basic version is free of charge.

If your neighbor is doing some renovating and there are some other people working or studying from home or having conversations apart from you – you may find it difficult to focus. No need to worry.
