The personal data processed will not be transferred to a third country and international organizations.

Personal data provided will be stored in connection with the provision of coworking services until the consent is withdrawn by a person whose data is processed unless the generally applicable law imposes on the data controller the obligation to store this data, in which case personal data will be stored for periods defined by law.

The person providing data has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the scope of processing, the right to data transfer, the right to raise objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, subject to situations where the obligation to store data was imposed on the administrator data through the provisions of applicable law.

Providing personal data is voluntary, except for personal data, that is mandatory.

The data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.

The data provider has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The person whose data is processed has the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, when it considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.
